Description
The Arabica varietal Typica lends a very unique flavor to our Cajamarca coffee. This varietal was the first coffee introduced to the New World, and its trees are taller and have fewer coffee cherries per branch than others. This Cajamarca coffee has a lighter flavor and more acidity than our other Peruvians, enticing you with the aroma of caramel and a hint of lemon and chamomile on the palate.
